DIP switch (also called DIP switch, toggle switch, overclocking switch, address switch, dial switch, digital switch, thumb switch, etc.) is a mechanically controlled address switch, using 0/1 binary code principle. Each key corresponds to two pins on the top and bottom of the back. Turn it to the ON side, and the top and bottom pins are connected; otherwise (digital terminal) is disconnected. These four keys are independent and not related to each other. Such components are often used for binary coding.
